They work with a diverse range of property segments, including shopping centres, office buildings, retirement villages, and more, helping clients optimise their utility networks while capturing additional income streams. Over 100 property owners trust Tenco to simplify complex utility management and maximise the value of their assets.
The Challenge: Tenco’s Salesforce instance was a clone from a previous company structure, resulting in an outdated and overly complex system that hindered scalability. The company needed a solution that would simplify operations and provide a solid foundation for future growth. They also needed a strategy for integrating emerging data sources into their Salesforce system to drive more meaningful insights and value.
Our Solution: We worked closely with Tenco to develop a detailed strategy and roadmap, identifying key areas for improvement. A central part of the project was a comprehensive redesign of their Salesforce instance, including simplifying object and data structures. We also streamlined the user interface (UI), making it more intuitive and user-friendly. Additionally, we designed a strategy for integrating emerging data sources, ensuring that Tenco could leverage valuable insights from their energy management systems effectively. The result was a much more maintainable and scalable system, with integrations that simplified workflows and maximised the system’s potential.
The Results: Tenco now enjoys a much more efficient Salesforce system that is easier to maintain, with a streamlined UI and scalable structure that supports long-term growth. The successful integration of emerging data provides them with enhanced visibility and value from their utility management systems. Following this success, we have conducted additional roadmap workshops to ensure continued optimisation and alignment with their evolving business needs.
