A disrupter in the energy space, Flick Electric drive their sales, customer success and marketing from Salesforce.
Flick Electric had a range of tools and data silos and wanted to improve its customer engagement and market share. They already had Salesforce CRM but there was a lot more potential for what it could do. They asked us to undertake a strategic approach, partnering closely with them, to help them identify a roadmap for long-term success.
We built them a new contact center setup. This includes case management, online knowledge bases, telephony, email automations, macros, reporting and more. We also rolled out Salesforce Marketing Cloud which is taking them on a journey to more personalisation and traceability of marketing efforts.
We continue to work closely with Flick Electric to innovate and improve internal efficiency, so they can offer even better energy solutions.
