Pushpay, a leading payment technology provider, needed expert guidance for their implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. While they already had a capable internal Salesforce team, along with product managers and designers, they required strategic advisory to sharpen their product roadmap and guide critical technical decisions.
Solution
GravityLab stepped in to provide high-level strategic consulting. Our role wasn’t to build — it was to steer. We advised on the development of Pushpay’s product roadmap, guided key technical decisions, and reviewed architectural plans to ensure they supported long-term scalability. Throughout the engagement, we worked closely with internal teams to review design approaches and refine products.
Implementation Approach
This was not a one-off project but an ongoing advisory relationship. We established a regular cadence of meetings with Pushpay’s technical teams, diving deep into architectural reviews and object model design. Workshops were run collaboratively to flesh out technical solutions, and we provided consistent strategic direction for the ecommerce rollout.
Results

Our guidance contributed to a faster go-live, improved the scalability and maintainability of their solutions, and strengthened internal capability by upskilling Pushpay’s team. We also introduced the “Steelthread” concept — a method for validating ideas quickly and efficiently before full-scale development — which has been integrated into their approach moving forward.
