GravityLab

GravityLab is one of New Zealand’s leading Salesforce consultancies. We specialise in both implementing new Salesforce solutions and enhancing existing orgs, supporting clients through tailored projects and managed services. Our client base is evenly split between the not-for-profit sector and small-to-medium enterprises across a range of industries.

What truly sets us apart is our deep commitment to making a difference. GravityLab operates as a profit-for-purpose organisation—our profits are invested into a charitable trust dedicated to combating human trafficking. Through this, we help fund frontline organisations in Thailand that conduct investigations, rescues, and prosecutions to dismantle trafficking networks. Our passion for delivering exceptional Salesforce solutions is matched by our drive to create real-world impact.

About the Role

As a Delivery Lead at GravityLab, you’ll play a key role in driving successful outcomes for our clients and teams. You’ll lead the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and agile best practices.

More than just managing delivery, you’ll foster an environment where collaboration thrives—guiding teams to work effectively, helping clients navigate complexity, and ensuring that solutions deliver real impact. You’ll also play a critical role in strengthening our capability by coaching teams, refining processes, and continuously improving how we deliver value.

At GravityLab, we do things differently. We care deeply about both our clients and our social impact. As part of a profit-for-purpose consultancy, your work will directly contribute to funding initiatives that combat human trafficking. This is an opportunity to not only lead great projects but to make a meaningful difference.

Hiring Process

We want to make sure our hiring process is a two-way conversation—helping us get to know you while giving you the chance to see if GravityLab is the right fit for you.

This may include:

  1. Initial Chat – You’ll likely start with a quick call from our CEO, Dan, to discuss the role, your experience, and what you’re looking for. This is an informal chat to get a sense of fit and answer any initial questions.
  2. Formal Interview(s) – We typically run two to three interviews, covering both technical and leadership aspects of the role.
  3. Practical Exercise – You may be given a take-home exercise or scenario to work through and present back in one of the above mentioned interviews. This is designed to reflect real-world challenges rather than test for rigid answers.
  4. Meet the Team – Throughout the process, we aim to introduce you to the leadership team and future colleagues, so you can get a feel for the culture and working environment.

We know that interviews can be exhausting, so we keep the process as streamlined as possible—structured enough to make a strong decision, but flexible and conversational so you feel comfortable. Expect a down-to-earth and easy-going approach, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions along the way.
