A role you will really love

We are looking for dynamic Marketing Automation specialists to contribute to our growing team. This position can be adapted around your strengths and passions, and can include:

  • Building epic reusable marketing tools and approaches
  • Linking in with the world-class leaders at RevenueLab – to supercharge marketing effectiveness
  • Helping build cool stuff on the wider Salesforce suite. Not just your typical things, solving fun business problems
  • Running and being a part of workshops and designing marketing processes that win customers, help people excel and delight users
  • Up to date consulting qualifications are great 🙂  Eg. Marketing Cloud
  • If you are more senior, comfortable leading a small project team where you can guide as well implement to get a great outcome on time
  • Proven track record in successful marketing automation implementations is a huge win
  • Working on a wide range of interesting clients: zoos, fintechs, global start-ups, education, impactful charities and more.

Your strengths

Marketing – Being someone who understands marketing, you know how to relate business revenue goals  to tangible activities. You can talk personas, segmentation, call to action, sales processes, lead qualification, analytics and can drive real impact around marketing activities.

Marketing Data – You understand that digital marketing is about data. You know how to identify people in a data set and can ideally set up the tools to query the right data and build automations to classify and grade them.

Problem Solver – You are fast-thinking, analytical and web-savvy, with an aptitude for technology.  You keep up with the latest digital trends, tinkering with new tools.

Task management – Your are  task-focused, detailed approach allows you to make powerful, informed decisions.  Your ability to keep yourself and others on track, combined with your subtle way of ensuring others stay on task, allows you to always meet your deadlines.

Empathy – Whether you’re an introvert or an extrovert, you have a big heart for people. You know how to communicate with simplicity, love helping others and seeing them thrive.  Your strong technical background, combined with some management or leadership experience, means you have the skills to help others do this.

Digital Marketing Tools – Marketing Automation tools are a passion of yours and you have a broad understanding of analytics, websites, landing pages, digital advertising and online marketing.
