The Role

At GravityLab we design, build and rollout leading Salesforce solutions for our client organisations.  We are an exciting social enterprise and we are doing our bit to make a difference in this world.

We are looking for dynamic Salesforce problem solvers to contribute to our growing team. This position can be adapted around your strengths and passions, and will include:

  • Understanding client needs both in the short and long term
  • Helping people to better understand how to use Salesforce and get the most out of it
  • Adapting or creating automations
  • Working with a small project team where you can guide as well as implement
  • Leveraging your qualifications and Salesforce know how.
  • Working on a wide range of interesting clients: zoos, fintechs, global start-ups, education, impactful charities and more.

Your strengths

Business process – Being someone who is process orientated, you understand organisations and businesses, easily finding better ways of working, with an eagerness to implement tangible change. You listen to your client’s needs and are keen to develop and embrace healthy feedback.

Problem Solver – You are fast-thinking, analytical and web-savvy, with an aptitude for technology.  You keep up with the latest digital trends, tinkering with new tools, and can easily alter JavaScript or CSS to make a web page more responsive.

Self management – Your experience managing your time is solid, and your task-focused, detailed approach allows you to make powerful, informed decisions.  You know how to communicate with simplicity, love helping others and seeing them thrive.  Your strong technical skills, combined with some project management or support experience, means you have the skills to help others do this.

Salesforce – Salesforce CRM is a passion of yours and experience, along with your certifications, has ensured you can discuss new releases, communities, analytics, governance limits, security, platform events, object collections and integrations.
