Daniel has always been passionate about people, business and technology. He comes from a background in management consultancy where he worked with top managers of some of NZ’s biggest businesses. He has managed large IT projects as well as run his own website development shop.

He is well versed in non-profits and making a tangible difference in the world we live in. He has worked with NZ’s largest charities and has lived in Africa for two years developing the finance systems of local and international NGOs.

He brings a depth of knowledge to process design sessions and can turn abstract concepts into a technical reality. Daniel can’t wait to use his analytical prowess and digital business insights to be a force for good in your organisation.

Erin is a seasoned product leader and expert with 12+ years of Salesforce experience . She specialises in helping businesses prioritise their strategic goals and achieve real-life digital transformation.

Erin’s deep understanding of the Salesforce platform allows her to provide clients develop a cohesive vision, strategy and roadmap that continuously delivers value to their customers over the short to long term.

Erin was a key leader at Macquarie Bank through their digital and agile transformation. She wrote the first Salesforce & CRM Strategy for the Banking and Financial Services division, had technology leadership roles in both Personal & Business banking, and led the strategy, design and launch of the Macquarie Bank Broker portal on Salesforce Experience Cloud. She has founded two businesses and has had senior product leadership roles in e-commerce and building energy management.

When she’s not geeking out on tech you’ll find her looking after her dog or trying to be a great mum for her little girl.

David is a technological superstar. He has led top IT and Salesforce projects for over ten years. He has the unique ability to look across the business objectives, see the opportunities in strategy and make complicated technology stacks simple.

He’s worked on large projects for Vend and Harmoney being a leading factor around their speed to market and development efforts. When he’s not on one of his laptops you’ll find him taking his son to rugby or enjoying a cheeky martini.

David is looking forward to helping you navigate the world of technology to choose the right products and back the right approaches.

Briony is our go-to expert for getting things done. With a strong start at Crimson Education during its early days, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to run and scale high-performing teams, deliver impactful programs of work, and create an environment of continuous improvement.

Briony excels at balancing the needs of individuals—both employees and customers—with the broader objectives of the business. She ensures that both people and processes are optimised for success, driving tangible results that align with strategic goals.

With over 20 years in software services delivery management, Elliot brings a wealth of experience to the GravityLab team. He’s a skilled communicator who thrives on crafting environments where teams can collaborate effectively and deliver exceptional results.

Elliot’s approach to delivery is rooted in his belief that the best solutions emerge when people and teams truly recognise their own capabilities and strengths. He has a proven track record of guiding agile teams through complex challenges while maintaining focus on what truly matters—creating value for clients and users (and having fun).

Outside of work, you’ll find Elliot at the pool table, competing in his local league and practicing to improve his very average game. Before his career in technology, he studied at a ministry training college—an experience that shaped his people-first approach to leadership and his drive to make a positive difference through his work.

Swati Tyagi is a purpose-driven Delivery Lead who cares deeply about building things that genuinely help people.

With over a decade of experience across digital transformation, data platforms, and service delivery, Swati has worked with teams across financial services, government, and telecommunications to bring clarity to complexity and turn ideas into real outcomes. She is known for blending structured planning with a very human, people-first approach.

Swati leads with a servant leadership style: she listens deeply, builds trust quickly, and loves rolling up her sleeves to help teams succeed, whether that’s shaping a roadmap, unblocking delivery, or bringing stakeholders along on the journey.

Kerryn has a wide range of experience in business analysis and consulting in the public and private sectors. Having worked in operational, leadership and project roles, she empathises with the impact on operational teams while understanding the needs and constraints of a project.

Kerryn enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand, analyse and improve their requirements and processes for the future state. She loves getting into the detail as well as engaging with people from any level of an organisation. She really wants her work to deliver tangible improvements to real people. Kerryn describes her approach as organised and methodical with a positive and compassionate attitude. 
Kerryn brings a person-centred approach to problem-solving. She always maintains an awareness of the bigger picture, while keeping an eye on the detail and a mind to the future.

Beyond work, Kerryn is a mum and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also keeps up a level of involvement in the brass banding world of New Zealand.

Matthew’s IT career spans over 25 years, beginning with a self-taught coding passion sparked by a childhood book. His professional journey has traversed roles in sales, support, infrastructure, management, and ultimately CIO positions in both private and ASX-listed companies across multiple continents.

Matthew thrives on problem-solving and assisting others, which makes the Salesforce ecosystem a perfect fit for his enthusiasm. His most notable digital transformation project was showcased at the Salesforce World Tour. Since then, he has leveraged Salesforce to develop solutions across various sectors, including Travel, Not For Profit, Telecommunications, Education, Government, eCommerce, Real Estate, Medical, and Aged Care.

Dedicated to the Ohana spirit, Matthew has mentored and trained numerous students from diverse backgrounds, guiding them into Salesforce careers.

Outside of his Salesforce endeavors, Matthew enjoys spending time with his two children, exercising, and gaming.

Ben is passionate about creating value through technology. His comes from a diverse professional background, including co-founding a nonprofit, managing large-scale renewable energy project developments, and delivering a number of end-to-end salesforce implementations. This experience, combined with his ten years in the Salesforce ecosystem, enable him to deliver valuable outcomes to businesses and users alike. He is well respected in the ecosystem with his Architectural prowess from Marketing Cloud, Sales, Service, Sustainability, Integration and more.

In his spare time, you will find him spending time with family, playing guitar, or making mistakes on his latest woodworking project.

He is New Zealand’s most experienced Salesforce consultant for nonprofit builds.

Before his life of Salesforce he was a touring musician and is a classically trained guitarist. These days you might glimpse him performing jazz or acoustic acts at various venues around the country.

Jaime thrives on helping organisations make meaningful change. Based in Melbourne, he’s built a strong reputation for creating clarity out of complexity — using technology to simplify, scale, and amplify impact. With over a decade dedicated to Salesforce projects, he brings deep technical expertise and a sharp eye for business process improvement, automation, data architecture, and creative problem solving.

A 9x Salesforce-certified Application Architect, Jaime combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience to design systems that truly work for people. With strong experience in ETL processes, data modeling, and automation design across a wide range of industries, he excels at connecting strategy to execution in ways that deliver measurable results. Since joining GravityLab, he’s been instrumental in shaping smarter processes and helping clients unlock the full potential of Salesforce — particularly within the charity and community sectors.

Outside of work, Jaime is passionate about his children and making a difference in the world. If he’s not spending time with his family, he’s probably outdoors chasing a new adventure, perfecting a recipe in the kitchen, or keeping his plants alive (mostly).

Rachel is a Salesforce champion with 10+ years of Salesforce experience and 6+ years as a Salesforce consultant working across multiple industries. Some notable projects include org consolidations, and governance leadership with customers such as NZ Rugby, Canon Oceania, and IAG.

Naturally curious with a focus on continuous improvement, Rachel loves to understand and optimise business processes. She is also slightly obsessed with Salesforce flows and loves to build them or make them more efficient where possible.

When not building awesome flows, Rachel can usually be found volunteering with the bunnies at the SPCA, getting crafty, or injuring herself doing CrossFit.

Jarrod has experience in all branches of Salesforce automation tools and loves being able to improve processes for people.

Jarrod initially started his career working in customer service. He grew an interest in automation and became addicted to all things Salesforce and started to learn the platform more in-depth. Now it’s more than just the platform he is genuinely passionate for all things automation and improvement.

During his downtime Jarrod will either be at a music gig listening to live music with friends or riding his bike down at the beach. He has a great interest in physical fitness and staying physically and mentally healthy.

Steve is an all-round performer with a passion for seeing clients thrive. He loves to really understand client needs and is an advocate of the Salesforce ecosystem. He has led large IT projects across the globe from England to Singapore. He has the knack of making business outcomes a reality through robust software and process design.

In his spare time you would find him exploring the great outdoors with his three beautiful children.

Steve has a wide product knowledge and brings passion and a can do attitude to every engagement. He is willing to go the extra mile to keep everyone happy.

Pauline is both incredibly clever and incredibly lovely. She is a chartered accountant who felt she could help businesses more in automating business process. She is very good at understanding complicated data structures, solving tricky problems and helping clients make wise decisions based on data.

In her spare time you will find her getting top place in Tetris 99 or trying to win at board games.

Pauline is happy to tackle any problem big or small and is looking forward to understanding your unique needs.

Arran loves turning big, abstract ideas into clear, actionable goals. With a product background and over a decade in the Salesforce ecosystem, he brings both depth and energy to every project, always with a “leave it better than you found it” mentality and a passion for building solutions that help people move forward.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him bouldering or recharging by the ocean. An extrovert with a quiet core, Arran is also a massive dog lover and can often be found hanging out with Laika.

With almost 10 years of experience helping global marketing teams with their automation needs, Annette knows how to make technology work for the marketer.

She loves improving processes and cares about creating efficient, flexible and scalable solutions that empower clients to deliver great customer experiences and meet their organisational goals.

In her spare time Annette enjoys cooking, reading, crafts and relaxing with her family and cats.

Max has multiple years of Salesforce experience working on large-scale projects. He has a keen eye for problem-solving and making processes more efficient, combined with his technical and functional background Max enjoys helping clients get the most out of Salesforce.

Outside the office, you will most likely find Max climbing one of the many peaks around the South Island or wandering the backcountry valleys. He hopes to one day climb all the big peaks around New Zealand.

Ann Susan is a star Salesforce consultant with over 5 years at GravityLab. She’s an active member of the Auckland Salesforce community and a certified Trailhead Double Ranger.

Ann currently holds 6 Salesforce certifications, with more on the way, and also has a Masters in Information Science. Her core values include diversity, positivity, patience, and respect, and honestly, she’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

Outside of work, Ann loves exploring new cuisines and places (especially beaches). When she’s not dancing or painting, you’ll likely find her being gently persuaded by Daniel to make her famous dosa.

Luke loves to be a part of big changes for good. Originally from Taranaki, he moved up to Auckland where he found his passion for Innovation and Automation. He has internal charity experience as a Salesforce lead in NZ’s largest environment-focused NGO. Since joining GravityLab he is becoming extremely adept at designing and automating  business processes, especially in the charity and fundraising space.

In his spare time, he loves to have a jam on the Guitar or Piano. If not, he’s probably at the local Jiu-Jitsu gym trying not to get strangled.

Shufen thrives on solving problems and building solutions that really make a difference. Curiosity, empathy and collaboration are at the heart of what she does, and she’s always looking for ways to improve and make a lasting impact.


When she’s not studying for new certifications, you’ll find Shufen reading, gymming, at the beach, or scrolling through photos of her nephews.

Richie loves solving problems that sit at the crossroads of people, process, and technology. With a Bachelor of Science in Logic and Computation and a Bachelor of Business, he brings both analytical precision and commercial insight to every project.

He started his career as a technical analyst, moved into development, and now thrives as a consultant, helping clients turn complex ideas into simple, scalable Salesforce solutions. His mix of curiosity, technical depth, and empathy makes him both a brain and a heart on every project.

Richie’s also passionate about mental health and supports other men in this space, creating conversations that matter and encouraging people to show up as their full selves. When he’s not doing that, he’s usually lost in music or enjoying time with good mates.

Bom leads the Ronnasit Foundation, a human trafficking prevention agency. He literally runs a team that does investigations and works with local enforcement to rescue the most oppressed. 

He is a man with a big heart and is a total rambo. He is involved in armed raids to take down the predators and rescue the abused from sexual trafficking. GravityLab is the principal funder of Bom’s work and we are so proud of what he does.

Gordon is the newest member of the team and is still learning the ropes. Quite literally, which is a power cable, leash or play rope. He has mastered slobbering and licking and is still working on his toilet training.

He has high aspirations, and one day hopes to sleep in a human bed. Beyond being generally adorable he likes treatos and lots of attention.

Meet Monty and Lola, our dynamic duo of Barketing. When they’re not sniffing out the latest marketing trends or crunching numbers, you’ll find them chasing tennis balls or charming the team at the dog park.

Monty brings his trademark enthusiasm and can-do attitude to every project, combining youthful energy with a surprising level of professionalism. His passion for marketing and his lovable personality make him a favourite among colleagues both in the office and out in the park.

Lola, our talented Junior Barketing Analyst, adds her paw-sitive attitude and boundless curiosity to the mix. She’s a pro at digging into data to uncover hidden opportunities and approaches every task with determination that would put most humans to shame.

Together, Monty and Lola’s energy, teamwork, and sheer dedication make them indispensable members of our barketing team. They’ll work for treats — and deliver results that are anything but ruff.

Daisy takes her role as VP of Treat Acquisition with the same drive as a seasoned Salesforce consultant on a tricky implementation. Whether she’s sniffing out the snack drawer like it’s a hidden sharing rule or executing stealth missions under the lunch table (read: stakeholder alignment), Daisy is on it.Her snack negotiations feature strategic paw placement and persuasive whining. Her schedule includes “Snackforce Reports,” “Workflow Treatflows,” and the all-important “Snack O’Clock” stand-ups.When not lobbying for biscuits, Daisy naps in sunbeams like a true remote worker, attends walk-based meetings (aka client site visits), and hosts morale-boosting zoomies post-sprint.Daisy’s snack-first approach to CRM life makes her an essential part of the consulting pack.Driven by KPIs: Kibble, Praise, and Ice cubes.

 

With her wagging tail, floofy butt and adorable puppy eyes, Stella is a true master of pup-lic relations. She’s a natural when it comes to networking and can make friends with just about anyone (even the pesky neighbourhood cat).

 

When she’s not schmoozing or stealing treats from the kitchen counter, you can find Stella hard at work on her laptop (okay, fine, it’s just a chew toy shaped like a laptop, but she takes her work seriously).
