Daniel has always been passionate about people, business and technology. He comes from a background in management consultancy where he worked with top managers of some of NZ’s biggest businesses. He has managed large IT projects as well as run his own website development shop.

He is well versed in non-profits and making a tangible difference in the world we live in. He has worked with NZ’s largest charities and has lived in Africa for two years developing the finance systems of local and international NGOs.

He brings a depth of knowledge to process design sessions and can turn abstract concepts into a technical reality. Daniel can’t wait to use his analytical prowess and digital business insights to be a force for good in your organisation.

Amanda is our Director of Revenue Consulting. She helps across the full spectrum of revenue generation including sales, marketing, technology, people and strategy. Within executive roles at Xero, Vend and Crimson Education, and deep experience as a sales and marketing leader, she helps teams thrive across multiple divisions and countries.

Her expertise is in building a strong foundation to ensures companies can accelerate their growth to the next level. This dovetails beautifully into our business process automation work. Amanda is also a brilliant, personable coach with a unique ability to quickly assess performance gaps, formulate a strategy and execute an effective outcome to achieve rapid results.

Amanda is also an active person who loves to exercise, travel and spend time at the beach.

Erin is a seasoned product leader and expert with 12+ years of Salesforce experience . She specialises in helping businesses prioritise their strategic goals and achieve real-life digital transformation.

Erin’s deep understanding of the Salesforce platform allows her to provide clients develop a cohesive vision, strategy and roadmap that continuously delivers value to their customers over the short to long term.

Erin was a key leader at Macquarie Bank through their digital and agile transformation. She wrote the first Salesforce & CRM Strategy for the Banking and Financial Services division, had technology leadership roles in both Personal & Business banking, and lead the strategy, design and launch of the Macquarie Bank Broker portal on Salesforce Experience Cloud. She has founded two businesses and has had senior product leadership roles in e-commerce and building energy management.

When she’s not geeking out on tech you’ll find her looking after her dog or trying to be a great mum for her little girl.

Pip is a peoply person which makes her a great consultant with an extensive background in business analysis and project management, from years as a Business Consultant and later working within a leading edge energy company as a Business Process Owner and Project Manager.   

Pip is pragmatic, logical, efficient and effective and enjoys working alongside customers to achieve the outcomes and results they desire. As a natural leader Pip is able to build great project teams and capitalise on strengths, engaging and encouraging open communication for the purpose of delivering great projects with happy people.   

Her experience ranges from Salesforce, SAP and contact centre solution implementations through to transformational business change activity.  Projects of special note includes Lead for the amalgamation of council contact centres during the “Super City” creation, lead of a workstream as part of Watercare’s transformation to monthly billing, implementation of SAP for a major shipping company and her current one working with Scouts Aotearoa on the digitisation of their business processes using Salesforce. 

Michelle’s background is a Senior Business Analyst, where she has immense experience eliciting business requirements and delivering CRM projects in Fintech, Insurance, Telco, Data Analytics at a local and global scale.

Michelle cares about understanding organisational strategy, what success looks like to clients, and how technology can be utilized to achieve successful business outcomes. As a result she was promoted to support our internal culture and experiences. 

Travel has made up a huge part of Michelle’s life, having lived and worked as a BA in UK, Ireland, Germany and Australia, and now returned home to NZ. In her spare time, she finds herself flailing around on her surfboard catching the odd wave, hanging out with friends, and exploring NZ.

Briony is an old-soul millennial who’s found her calling in empowering people with technology so they can spend more of their precious time doing their best work.

With experience working in a high growth global EduTech start-up, as both a Project and Product Manager, Briony has a bright, creative, get-things-done attitude that is driven by both people (first), and numbers (second).

Pre-fitted with a notebook in one hand and a pen in the other, she has held roles which have been fundamental in major system implementations and designing solutions that have empowered teams across the global business.

When not geeking out you might find her sipping gin while playing with puppies.

Tarryn models a paradigm shift in how to position a company and market within the high-tech sector. She has led marketing at Xero, Microsoft and Amazon Web Services within New Zealand before joining GravityLab to complement our Revenue Acceleration team.

Tarryn led the Microsoft New Zealand market transition of on-premise to cloud technology and the launch of Yammer. A highlight was working at the bleeding edge of integrating social marketing platforms into local early adopter businesses alongside other innovative tech at the time such as VoIP solutions.

Xero was the place for igniting a global scale of beautiful cloud accounting software and needed people to help spread the word. Tarryn established the New Zealand marketing team from the ground up and became known within the company as delivering best of breed marketing and communications campaigns, with these executions being showcased and used across all Xero regional markets.

Tarryn managed the design and build of their new family home in North-West Auckland, and loves spending time with her husband, two wonderful children, and of course, three cats.

David is a technological superstar. He has led top IT and Salesforce projects for over ten years. He has the unique ability to look across the business objectives, see the opportunities in strategy and make complicated technology stacks simple.

He’s worked on large projects for Vend and Harmoney being a leading factor around their speed to market and development efforts. When he’s not on one of his laptops you’ll find him taking his son to rugby or enjoying a cheeky martini.

David is looking forward to helping you navigate the world of technology to choose the right products and back the right approaches.

Ben is passionate about creating value through technology. His comes from a diverse professional background, including co-founding a nonprofit, managing large-scale renewable energy project developments, and delivering a number of end-to-end salesforce implementations. This experience, combined with his ten years in the Salesforce ecosystem, enable him to deliver valuable outcomes to businesses and users alike. He is well respected in the ecosystem with his Architectural prowess from Marketing Cloud, Sales, Service, Sustainability, Integration and more.

In his spare time, you will find him spending time with family, playing guitar, or making mistakes on his latest woodworking project.

Ben is looking forward to using his knowledge and experience to deliver awesome value to your organisation.

Mark is our engineer and project manager. He is a problem solver at heart and has a keen understanding of logic and delivering on ideas. He’s always looking to excel and improve on every deliverable for our clients.

He is New Zealand’s most experienced Salesforce consultant for nonprofit builds.

Before his life of Salesforce he was a touring musician and is a classically trained guitarist. These days you might glimpse him performing jazz or acoustic acts at various venues around the country.

Jo is a legend in the Salesforce realm kindly running the Auckland user group for the last few years. With 10 years of being in the Salesforce eco-system, she has studied up to the rank of a Salesforce Ranger (someone who knows lots about Salesforce). She prides herself in really caring about customer outcomes and using her insights and experience to push to get real results.

In her spare time. you will find her walking in beautiful Aotearoa or sipping on a lovely herbal tea (or wine).

Kristin is a CRM / marketing automation specialist and has been helping businesses primarily in the services sector, develop and implement their automation strategies with a variety of platforms. She has a strategic scope with an eye for detail, enjoys being able to help businesses connect more effectively with their audiences and enable them to spend more time doing what they are great at. She has partnered with businesses through their growth phases since 2012, helping guide their digital adoption and becoming an extended part of the team.

She has worked with high growth clients such as WOOP, Dream Childcare, Moceanic and Property Apprentice.

 In her own time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and all things to do with the ocean, whether that be immersed in it or helping to clean it. She is a strong advocate for the protection of sharks and our oceans.

Steve is an all-round performer with a passion for seeing clients thrive. He loves to really understand client needs and is an advocate of the Salesforce ecosystem. He has led large IT projects across the globe from England to Singapore. He has the knack of making business outcomes a reality through robust software and process design.

In his spare time you would find him exploring the great outdoors with his three beautiful children.

Steve has a wide product knowledge and brings passion and a can do attitude to every engagement. He is willing to go the extra mile to keep everyone happy.

Glen has experience across a wide range of marketing technologies. He has had roles as Director of Marketing Technology, Product Director and Marketing Cloud Solution Architect.

His journey started with coding and he’s since held roles throughout the software development lifecycle, including actually building a multi-channel Marketing Automation platform.

He loves building and integrating tech as well as offering best practice on how to create experiences that make a real difference with Marketing Cloud. He is a rare breed that understands marketing and customer engagement as well as data and tech.

When not playing with tech, Glen likes to cook, paddle surf, and collect bike packing gear that he hopes to one day find a use for.

Tracy is an experienced relationship and project manager, she enjoys working in partnership with customers to achieve outcomes. She has worked with a range of organisations across NZ such as Fletcher Building, Sovereign and Vitality Works. Her background has been to deliver meaningful projects and services in health, wellbeing, and safety.  

She is skilled at building relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading teams to deliver projects that impact positive change. As a seasoned problem solver, she is skilled at identifying and implementing practical solutions to streamline systems and processes. Moving into the technology space she is excited to work with organisations to improve their systems which will positively impact their people and customer experience.   

Outside work you will find her spending time with her family, exercising, and enjoying the fantastic New Zealand beaches.

Mike has a long history of being a code monkey. Recently stretching his developer skills in the salesforce world has looked after a variety of systems including the largest prepay power platform in NZ!
Aside from Mike’s incredible talent for provided technical solutions for the trickiest of problems, he also has a great appreciation for how people experience the systems he creates and is passionate about providing outcomes that make people happy.

Outside of work, he has a penchant for model railways, turn-based strategy games, board games and playing football (soccer, he’s a Brit originally).

He moved to NZ in 2010, and has never looked back, and is most proud of his black and silver passport!

Pauline is both incredibly clever and incredibly lovely. She is a chartered accountant who felt she could help businesses more in automating business process. She is very good at understanding complicated data structures, solving tricky problems and helping clients make wise decisions based on data.

In her spare time you will find her getting top place in Tetris 99 or trying to win at board games.

Pauline is happy to tackle any problem big or small and is looking forward to understanding your unique needs.

Anna is a professional problem-solver who has made a career out of finding the right questions to ask before tackling complex problems. She’s a data evangelist with a can-do attitude who is excited to help people get the most value out of their CRM.

Her participation in internal Salesforce implementation projects and role as Salesforce product owner at Deloitte has given her experience with project management, change management, data cleaning and migration, and end-user training. She doesn’t have any official Salesforce certs (yet!) but is looking forward to achieving those while at GravityLab.

Anna is originally from Boston, having moved to Auckland after university in 2017. She fell in love with New Zealand and is here permanently, much to the delight of her fiancé Zak, their two cats (Maeby and Griffin), and their new puppy Bo. She’s a pub quiz fanatic who loves picking up new facts and pieces of trivia anywhere she can.

Luke loves to be a part of big changes for good. Originally from Taranaki, he moved up to Auckland where he found his passion for Innovation and Automation. He has internal charity experience as a Salesforce lead in NZ’s largest environment-focused NGO. Since joining GravityLab he is becoming extremely adept at designing and automating  business processes, especially in the charity and fundraising space.

In his spare time, he loves to have a jam on the Guitar or Piano. If not, he’s probably at the local Jiu-Jitsu gym trying not to get strangled.

Ann Susan is our Junior Functional Consultant (newbie at GravityLab). She was from India and moved to New Zealand 3 years ago to pursue a Master’s degree from Massey University. She is an active member of Auckland Salesforce community and is a certified Trailhead Ranger. She currently holds 2 x Salesforce Certifications and has more on the way.

Her core values include diversity, positivity, patience, and respect. She loves exploring different cuisines and new places (especially beaches). In her free time, you can see her either dancing or painting/drawing or being nagged by Daniel to make her Dosa.

Stuart has a broad background in technology and operations across multiple industries including Broadcast Technology, Digital Media and Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Insurance, and international SaaS Companies. 

He has an all-rounder approach having experience in many roles including Functional Consulting, Business, and Process Analysis, Change Management, Product Management, Project Management, Administration, and Platform Management for Salesforce. Stuart strives for excellence in the partnership of Salesforce and the leverage of its tools with the businesses he works with for successful outcomes. He is always friendly in his approach and likes to build strong productive relationships with the teams who deploy his services.

In his free time, you will find Stuart pursuing his passions in Audio Technology recording music or often taking creative time enjoying the arts. He is pretty handy with a paintbrush too.

Jarrod has experience in all branches of Salesforce automation tools and loves being able to improve processes for people.

Jarrod initially started his career working in customer service. He grew an interest in automation and became addicted to all things Salesforce and started to learn the platform more in-depth. Now it’s more than just the platform he is genuinely passionate for all things automation and improvement.

During his downtime Jarrod will either be at a music gig listening to live music with friends or riding his bike down at the beach. He has a great interest in physical fitness and staying physically and mentally healthy.

Gwendolyn is a driven, cheerful team player with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. After her study, she specialized in business telephony, with Cisco as the main brand. 

In 2020 she started to delve into Salesforce, Scrum and Agile working. She is versatile due to the many roles in which she has gained experience and the different directions in which she has specialized. 

Gwendolyn is originally from The Netherlands and likes to bring some stroopwafels (dutch cookies) to the office. Her dog is a great support and can often be found near her.

Laura joins GravityLab with a range of experience. Originally educated in Integrative Biology with a focus on animal behaviour, she’s moved from the zoological industry into the sales operations and technological aspects of business management. She’s applies her understanding of how biological organisms function together to form an ecosystem with the world of how sales, service, and marketing work together to form a business.

Laura has worked with Salesforce for 11+ years and has held various roles – business analyst, release manager, end to end configuration development, and currently, a functional consultant. Her certifications currently include Sales and Service Consultant, Admin and Advanced Admin, and Platform Developer. Next on the list is a focus on the  CPQ space.

In her spare time, Laura can be found with her family (husband, two kids and dog) generally exploring a new area/hike/restaurant/beach or else you’ll catch her on the tennis court.

Kerryn has a wide range of experience in business analysis and consulting in the public and private sectors. Having worked in operational, leadership and project roles, she empathises with the impact on operational teams while understanding the needs and constraints of a project.

Kerryn enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand, analyse and improve their requirements and processes for the future state. She loves getting into the detail as well as engaging with people from any level of an organisation. She really wants her work to deliver tangible improvements to real people. Kerryn describes her approach as organised and methodical with a positive and compassionate attitude. 
Kerryn brings a person-centred approach to problem-solving. She always maintains an awareness of the bigger picture, while keeping an eye on the detail and a mind to the future.

Beyond work, Kerryn is a mum and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also keeps up a level of involvement in the brass banding world of New Zealand.

Chithra is a certified Salesforce Consultant with experience in Technical and Managed Services domains within Salesforce. She has worked in providing solutions to clients ranging across government organisations. Along with completing her MBA from Australian Institute of Business she is also an Oracle Certified Associate. 

Chithra is of Indian origin born in Iran and have lived in Qatar before moving to New Zealand.

 Chithra and her husband Ash along with their twin kids arrived in Dunedin, 2012. and have been supporting Otago Highlanders since then. Currently the family and their Cocker Spaniel, Loki have settled in the north of Auckland region. She is a fun person to be around, can offer advice on dogs and is a hardcore Harry Potter fan.

Alisa is a Chilean-American (and almost Kiwi) who is passionate about the environment, diversity & inclusion, and tech for good. She is active in Auckland’s Salesforce community where she runs the Women in Tech group and collects 800+ Trailhead badges as well as 13 Salesforce certifications.

Alisa loves hearing from inspiring people, learning new languages, exploring vegan restaurants, hiking NZ Great Walks, attending hackathons, minimising waste, and finding ways to do things thoughtfully and a bit unconventionally.

With almost 10 years of experience helping global marketing teams with their automation needs, Annette knows how to make technology work for the marketer.

She loves improving processes and cares about creating efficient, flexible and scalable solutions that empower clients to deliver great customer experiences and meet their organisational goals.

In her spare time Annette enjoys cooking, reading, crafts and relaxing with her family and cats.

Meet Oli, a Salesforce consultant on a mission to transform business operations by harnessing the power of platforms, processes, and people. Oli brings contagious enthusiasm, an insatiable curiosity, and a hoard of great stories to every project.

Before embarking on her Salesforce career, Oli honed her skills in various roles within the IT Managed Services sector, including infrastructure engineering, service delivery management, and team leadership. Her expertise extends beyond the tech realm, as she also holds a degree in microbiology and can whip up a mean flat white upon request.

When she’s not diving into Salesforce Trailhead modules, Oli can be found exploring new craft beers, cruising on her motorbike, or chilling out with her cats and a Netflix doco.

Bom leads the Ronnasit Foundation, a human trafficking prevention agency. He literally runs a team that does investigations and works with local enforcement to rescue the most oppressed. 

He is a man with a big heart and is a total rambo. He is involved in armed raids to take down the predators and rescue the abused from sexual trafficking. GravityLab is the principal funder of Bom’s work and we are so proud of what he does.

Bitsy brings a wealth of experience to the team and fulfils a number of vital roles. Starting his career as Toy Durability Analyst, other skills were quickly uncovered (thanks largely to the number of courier visits) and he was promoted to Chief Security Officer. Bitsy maintains this role in a part time capacity, ensuring every visitor is thoroughly screened while waiting patiently for pats.

In line with his insistence of being across everything that is happening in the office, he has accepted the role of Pawject Manager where his keen nose can be across everything from scratchety to security pawlicy, barketing automation and kennelytics, ensuring that the team is delivering to his high standards.

When he is not at work, he is likely found chasing gulls at the beach and hiding from flying insects.

Gordon is the newest member of the team and is still learning the ropes. Quite literally, which is a power cable, leash or play rope. He has mastered slobbering and licking and is still working on his toilet training.

He has high aspirations, and one day hopes to sleep in a human bed. Beyond being generally adorable he likes treatos and lots of attention.

When he’s not sniffing out the latest marketing trends or crunching numbers, Monty loves to spend his time playing fetch or running through the park.

Despite his youthful energy, Monty is a true professional and brings a can-do attitude to every project. His passion for marketing and his adorable personality make him a favourite among his colleagues both at the office, and the dog park.

 

Will work for treats.

With her wagging tail, floofy butt and adorable puppy eyes, Stella is a true master of pup-lic relations. She’s a natural when it comes to networking and can make friends with just about anyone (even the pesky neighbourhood cat).

When she’s not schmoozing or stealing treats from the kitchen counter, you can find Stella hard at work on her laptop (okay, fine, it’s just a chew toy shaped like a laptop, but she takes her work seriously).

With her boundless energy, infectious enthusiasm, and slobbery kisses, Stella wins hearts and minds on the daily.
