Every single day, four people will need the help of your Westpac Rescue Helicopter or Air Ambulance Plane. Life Flight help the critically ill and injured in the community receive the vital care they need quickly and safely. They had a skilled fundraising team, but wanted to further accelerate results with fundraising strategy and marketing automation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking for proven experts<\/b><\/p>\n

Life Flight were looking for more than a new fundraising system, they wanted experts who could recommend best practices based on real experience. They wanted a partner who could come alongside them and strengthen what they were good at and build out robust systems to automate and upskill the organistion. They chose to use GravityLab for their Salesforce build and our partner Engage and Expierience for their fundraising strategy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

High-automated fundraising processes<\/b><\/p>\n

Of the Salesforce functionalities, our priority was to focus on fundraising processes. This was more than just high-level process, but really driving into the administrative functions that free up staff time and provide excellent experiences. This included donations, payments, retries, reconciliation, automatic payments, direct debits, receipts, credit cards (website and phone), physical cash and call center integration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During the engagement, we added a sophisticated automated import tool. This allows auto-matching on a range of factors and ensures donations are linked with the correct campaigns and codes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Engaging marketing<\/b><\/p>\n

The second priority was marketing automation – segmentation, targeting, marketing comms, campaign ROI and predictive analytics. This allows Life Flight to increase funding through more donors and more from our existing and lapsed donors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the future we helping further with volunteer management and grants functionalities are not pressing.<\/span><\/p>\n
